Card numbers and other sensitive payment credentials are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details on our systems.

C. Booking Information: When you book coaching or other appointments, we collect booking-related information such as your name, email address, and event details. This information is processed through Cal.com.

D. Website Usage: When you use our website or chat assistant, we may collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited. If you accept optional analytics cookies, we also collect anonymized usage data through Vercel Analytics, as described in the Cookies section below.

We collect information through inquiry forms, email correspondence, our website chat assistant, online checkout and billing flows, coaching booking tools, and direct communication with our team.

4. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

A. Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate our website and services, including:

  • Vercel, which hosts our website and, if you accept optional analytics cookies, provides Vercel Analytics usage data;
  • AI service providers used to power our chat assistant;
  • Stripe, which processes payments, invoices, billing portal access, and related customer and payment data. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored by Daszy. See Stripe's Privacy Policy;
  • Cal.com, which processes coaching and client booking information (such as name, email, and event details) and may process payment information depending on how a booking is configured — including bookings on salon and barbershop sites we host that use Cal.com. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy.

These third parties process data on our behalf or as independent controllers (as applicable) and handle it in accordance with their own privacy policies.

B. Legal and Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal, payment, booking, and project data as long as necessary to respond to inquiries, process transactions, deliver services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described in the User Rights section.

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, including Vercel, Stripe, and Cal.com.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. Payment card data is handled by Stripe under Stripe's security controls.
